This is Shingle Cottage.

It's located in a pretty riverside village in the heart of Norfolk, UK.

To put it plainly, it's a wreck - but a lovely wreck - and on the 22nd June, 2012 it became our lovely wreck.
Full of damp and in need of a major overhaul, our plan is to restore this circa 1795 cottage in a sympathetic renovation with modern living in mind...
But, of course, we've never renovated anything before and (naturally) we have a limited budget.
